In this resolution it is resolved:

• The functions of the Higher Management Organization called the Aqueduct and Sewerage Business Group, in abbreviated form GEAAL, subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Modify the corporate objects of the eighteen companies integrated into the Aqueduct and Sewerage Business Group, in abbreviated form GEAAL, subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Modify the corporate purpose of the Aguas Varadero Aqueduct and Sewerage Company, integrated into the Aqueduct and Sewerage Business Group, in abbreviated form GEAAL, subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Modify the corporate purpose of the Integral Company of Hydraulic Resources of Isla de la Juventud, integrated to the Business Group of Aqueduct and Sewerage, in abbreviated form GEAAL, subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Modify the corporate purpose of the Basic Sanitation Company of Havana, integrated into the Business Group of Aqueduct and Sewerage, in abbreviated form GEAAL, subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Modify the corporate purpose of the Western Havana City Aqueduct and Sewer Company "Aguas del Oeste de La Habana", integrated into the Aqueduct and Sewer Business Group, in abbreviated form GEAAL, subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
