Responding to the process of implementation of the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution and specifically those referring to Hydraulic Resources (300 to 303), the proposal of the National Water Policy is presented, which constitutes the route to achieve the vision conceived for hydraulic development. The strategies adopted cannot be carried out only by the responsible body, but rather require the participation of all water users.
