In this resolution it is resolved:

• Change the name of the Aqueduct and Sewerage Business Group, in abbreviated form GEAAL, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources, to the Water and Sanitation Business Group.
• To authorize the conversion of the budgeted unit called Integrated Center for Water Technologies, in abbreviated form CITA, into a Science and Innovation Company for Water Technologies, in abbreviated form ECITA, directly subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Authorize the transfer of the Water Technology Science and Innovation Company, in abbreviated form ECITA, directly subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources for the integration of the Business Group for Land Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• The corporate purpose of the Company for Science and Innovation of Water Technologies, in abbreviated form ECITA, integrated into the Business Group for Land Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Authorize the transfer of thirteen (13) companies, integrated into the Business Group for Land Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• To authorize the merger of the Higher Organization for Business Management called Grupo Empresarial de Investigaciones, Proyectos e Ingeniería, GEIPI into the Higher Organization for Business Management called Grupo Empresarial de Gestión de Aguas Terrestres, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic resources.
• If there are debts and obligations, as well as assets, rights and resources of the Higher Organization of Business Management called Grupo Empresarial de Investigaciones, Proyectos e Ingeniería, GEIPI, which is hereby authorized to merge, they will be assumed by the Higher Organization of Business Management called Grupo Empresarial Terrestrial Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources, which is subrogated in its place and grade for all legal purposes.
• Authorize the transfer of the Central Company of Hydraulic Equipment, in abbreviated form Cubahidráulica, directly subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources, for the integration of the Business Group of Land Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic resources.
• Authorize the transfer of the DIP TRASVASES Engineering Services Company, directly subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources, for the integration of the Terrestrial Water Management Business Group, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Authorize the transfer of five (5) companies, integrated to the Business Group of Hydraulic Engineering and Logistics, GEILH, for the integration of the Business Group of Land Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Authorize the transfer of the budgeted unit called the National Center for Professional Development and Training of Villa Clara, directly subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources, for the integration of the Business Group for Land Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the Institute National of Hydraulic Resources.
• Authorize the transfer of a budgeted unit called the "Máximo Gómez Báez" National Center for Improvement and Training, directly subordinate to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources, for the integration of the Water and Sanitation Group, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• The budgeted units called the National Center for Professional Development and Training of Villa Clara and the National Center for Development and Training "Máximo Gómez Báez" continue their budgeted operation for a term of two (2) years, during which the highest authority of the Terrestrial Waters estión Business Groups, in abbreviated form GIAT and Water and Sanitation, must present to the Ministers of Finance and Prices and of Economy and Planning a proposal on their economic-financial functioning.
• Authorize the transfer of five (5) companies, integrated to the Business Group of Hydraulic Engineering and Logistics, GEILH, for the integration of the Business Group of Water and Sanitation, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources.
• Authorize the merger of the Higher Organization for Business Management called the Business Group of Hydraulic Engineering and Logistics, GEILH into the Higher Organization for Business Management called Business Group for Land Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Resources Hydraulic.
• If there are debts and obligations, as well as assets, rights and resources of the Higher Organization of Business Management called Grupo Empresarial de Ingeniería y Logística Hidráulica, GEILH, which is hereby authorized to merge, they will be assumed by the Higher Organization of Business Management called Grupo Empresarial Terrestrial Water Management, in abbreviated form GIAT, attended by the President of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources, which is subrogated in its place and grade for all legal purposes.
• Companies that are part of the Water and Sanitation Business Group and the Land Water Management Business Group, in abbreviated form GIAT, respectively.
