Decree-Law No. 334-2017 and Decree No. 334-2017 modify:

• Articles 9, 10, 14 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 252, “On the continuity and strengthening of the Cuban Business Direction and Management System”, of August 7, 2007.
• Articles 1, 46, 64, 65, 76, 77, 83, 84 and 87 of Decree No. 281 “Regulations for the Implementation and Consolidation of the State Business Management and Direction System”.

Decree No. 335-2017 is on the Cuban state business system:

• Chapter I: Scope of application and general principles.
• Chapter II: Superior business management organizations.
• Chapter III: the company.
• Chapter IV: Provisions common to superior business management organizations and companies.
• Chapter V: Basic business units.
• Chapter VI: Functions of superior business management organizations and powers of their presidents or general managers.
• Chapter VII: Functions of state companies and powers of their general directors.
• Chapter VIII: Functions of the base business units and powers of their directors.

Decree No. 336-2017 is about the relationship system of the Superior Organizations of Business Management:

• Chapter I: General.
• Chapter II: Of the relations of the national state organs, the organisms of the central administration of the state and the state institutions with the OSDE.
• Chapter III: Of the attention to the superior organizations of business management.
