An intense day to restore the water supply service in the Siguaney, Zaza del Medio and Tuinucú communities in the Sancti Spíritus province. For more than 5 days, joint forces from the Sancti Spíritus and Taguasco Maintenance and Construction Base Business Units (UEB) worked on the assembly of a new pump at the Siguaney dam pumping station.

These works will guarantee the water supply for more than 9,726 inhabitants and the production at the Siguaney cement factory.

As an alternative work, a by-pass is also created that guarantees the supply service during the assembly of the water pump.
