The Superior Organization of Business Management (OSDE) Water and Sanitation developed a day of working meetings on commercial management with the companies that comprise it.

This conference began with the companies of the western region (from Pinar del Río to Matanzas) with a meeting that was held by the Hydraulic Exploitation Company of Havana.

The topics addressed corresponded to the most pressing needs to be resolved in the activity, such as:
 

• Update on internal control issues.
• The commercial management process, focused on its deficiencies.
• Implementation of Electronic Commerce and the work system of the commercial management of the OSDE.

The debate focused on the difficulties that still persist, the clarification of doubts and the information of new knowledge, characterized by the critical sense of the participants in relation to the aspects addressed and their opinion. The exchange is valued as successful, which served as a space for analysis and discussion of the problems and the generation of proposals for their confrontation.

The next meetings are planned to take place in Cienfuegos concentrating the companies of the central region (from Villa Clara) and this day of meetings will conclude on November 27 in the Granma province, bringing together the companies of the eastern region.
